2025 BELC AGM

The Brampton Excelsior lacrosse Club will be holding its annual General Meeting on Monday October 27th at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held in person at Flower City Community Campus (8850 McLaughlin Rd S) Building D room 3. Those wishing to attend online may do so via Zoom by following the link included below.

This meeting is open to anyone wishing to attend however only BELC members in good standing will be allowed to vote. Any member in good standing may nominate an individual for Directorship or for one of the BELC awards. Award nominations are due by October 6th, Director nominations may be taken up to the time of elections. Nomination forms can be found here. Suggested Amendments to the Governing Documents as well as nominations for Life Membership will be sent through email directly to the membership.

For members unable to attend online or in person a proxy vote may be sent with another member. Anyone wishing to do so must only arrange their vote with their proxy and infor either Secretary Matt Bowman or President Glenn McClelland ahead of time.

This is your opportunity to ask questions, hear firsthand reports, meet other members, and catch up with old friends. We look forward to seeing you there!
